A registered office that keeps you posted

Court documents and Registrar letters are received by a person, logged, and forwarded to you the same day, with a record of when you saw them. Every filing deadline is tracked, so nothing lands on you by surprise.

Custody

Not a mailbox. A person, and a record.

A registered office is where the state serves you. If a winding-up petition arrives and nobody logs it, the first you hear of it is the consequence. The address is the small part; the trail is what you are buying.

Get an address

Worked example · Item 4471-AFrom the Registrar
  1. 09:14:07
    Received

A custodian at the registered office photographs the envelope and logs the suite it belongs to.

  2. 09:14:09
    Recorded

The arrival time is written to an append-only ledger. It cannot be edited afterwards, not by you and not by us.

  3. 09:15:31
    Classified

Court process and Registrar correspondence are separated from circulars and escalated first. Anything unreadable is treated as urgent, never as junk.

  4. 09:16:02
    Sent to you

It reaches you the same day, wherever in the world you happen to be.

  5. 11:02:48
    Acknowledged

Your acknowledgement is written against the same item, so there is a record of when you saw it.

Append-only. Five entries, none of them editable. This is the record a court or a regulator would be shown.
Compliance

Everything that falls due, and how often.

4 of these 15 come round every single month. Compliance in Ghana is a drumbeat, not an annual event, which is exactly why it gets missed.

Doing it alone is the expensive option

Not because the fees are high. Because the thing you miss is the thing that costs you.

A letter arrives from the Registrar
Received by a person, logged the minute it lands, and forwarded the same day, with a record of when you saw it.
It sits at an address nobody checks, until the consequence arrives instead.
VAT falls due
Already on a calendar anchored to your own financial year, and filed for you.
Remembered, or not. The regime changed materially in 2026 and will change again.
A bank asks you to prove your address
A signed certificate the bank checks itself, offline, without contacting us.
An email from whoever happens to answer, which proves nothing.
You move, or a director changes
Filed when it happens.
Filed when someone remembers, which is usually after it mattered.
It is 2am in Accra and you are in London
Nothing here needs you in the room, or awake.
Every step assumes you can queue in person, during Accra office hours.
Proof

A certificate anyone can check without asking us.

When a bank asks a landlord-style virtual office to confirm an address, the answer is an email from the provider. Ours is a signature.

  • 01Signed at the moment it is issued. Ed25519, over the facts the certificate states.
  • 02Checkable without us. The public key is published, and the check is arithmetic against it, not a call to our API. It still works when we are down.
  • 03It says only what it needs to. Company name, registration number, office address, tenancy status. No directors, no beneficial owners, no correspondence, no personal data.

Diaspora founders

You are Ghanaian, and you are not in Ghana.

You have been told formation is painful, and the people who told you were describing a process that assumes you can queue in person. This one does not.

Entering under AfCFTA

You are opening a Ghanaian entity from abroad.

The 2026 investment rules removed the blanket minimum capital floors and moved investor registration to annual. Annual is a deadline, and deadlines are what we hold.

Resident SMEs

You are here, and you are busy.

All sixteen regions. Your registered office is at one of our offices; your business carries on operating wherever it already does.

Questions people actually ask

Do I need to be in Ghana?

No. Not to register, and not afterwards. Everything here assumes you are somewhere else: the intake, the document trail and the certificate are all built for someone in another time zone.

What is a registered office, and why can't I use my own address?

It is the address where the state serves you: court process, Registrar correspondence, tax notices. The law requires a real place where documents can be served, and someone there to receive them. If you are abroad, or you move, your own address cannot do that job.

Can I register from abroad without a Ghanaian director?

At least one director must be ordinarily resident in Ghana. That is a statutory requirement, not our policy, and it is the first thing to plan around.

What happens if I stop paying?

We do not abandon your mail. We cannot lawfully refuse service of process for a company still registered at our address, so custody continues while value-added services stop, and if it comes to it we resign properly and notify the Registrar.

What does it cost?

Three plans, priced above, and the Registrar's fee is shown separately on each, passed on at cost with nothing added. Formation on its own is priced at cost, because it is how you meet us rather than what we sell; the registered office and the compliance retainer are where we make our money. You pay at the end of the application, before anything is reviewed or filed, and if a Reporting Officer declines your file the fee comes back in full.

Start with the name.

We search it at the Registrar before you become attached to it, and tell you plainly if it will not clear.
